High waisted shorts: Thrifted
Bra: Women's Secret
Since it's still not warm enough to wear shorts on their own, I decided to wear them with black tights. The H&M ripped tee is pretty long, so I tucked it in the high wasted shorts and added a small simple belt. I also chose a cute bra to wear underneath that would match the whole outfit!
